On this multi-unit residential site, installed 2,000 feet of silt fence after clearing one acre of land. We then installed sediment basins, outfall pipes, and 1,400 feet of storm drain. We performed 4,000 cubic yards of undercutting and backfilled with on-site material, plus exported 7,000 cubic yards and completed 16,000 cubic yards of cut-to-fill. The site included 48 condo units; we fine-graded all building pads, parking lots, and roads, and spread topsoil across landscaped areas.
