Project Manager – Hybrid

PAY RANGE: $80-$120k/year salary
JOB DESCRIPTION

ZD Site Solutions is hiring a Project Manager to oversee sitework and excavation projects. This is a hybrid role, part remote part onsite, but requires full engagement during business hours and daily collaboration with the owner.

We’re looking for a self-motivated leader with at least 10 years of construction experience (including fieldwork) who can manage active jobs, support the superintendent, assist with bidding, and keep projects on track. Candidates must be highly skilled in takeoff software, Excel, plan reading, and quantity/material management.

Superintendent

PAY RANGE: $100-$120k/year salary
JOB DESCRIPTION

ZD Site Solutions is hiring a Superintendent to oversee field operations on sitework and excavation projects. This is a full-time, field-based leadership position responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

We're looking for a proven leader with at least 10 years of construction experience who can manage multiple crews, coordinate subcontractors, communicate with project managers and clients, and solve problems before they become delays. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining job schedules, enforcing safety standards, mentoring foremen, and ensuring every project reflects the quality our company is known for.

FOREMAN

PAY RANGE: $70-$100k/year salary

ZD Site Solutions is hiring a Foreman to lead a field crew on sitework and excavation projects. This position works directly under the Superintendent and is responsible for coordinating daily job site activities, keeping crews productive, and ensuring work is completed safely and correctly.

We're looking for someone with strong field experience who can read plans, communicate with operators and laborers, manage daily tasks, and maintain a clean, organized job site. The Foreman is expected to lead by example, solve problems in the field, and ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

Heavy Equipment Operator

PAY RANGE: $20-$30/hour
JOB DESCRIPTION

ZD Site Solutions is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position operating equipment on sitework and excavation projects while working closely with the Foreman and Superintendent.

We're looking for someone who can safely and efficiently operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, dozers, and other heavy equipment. Experience with grading, trenching, utility installation, and site preparation is preferred, along with a strong understanding of job site safety. Operators should also be willing to assist with general labor and support the crew whenever equipment is not in use.

Construction Laborer – Entry Level

PAY RANGE: $16-$20/hour
JOB DESCRIPTION
