Innsbrook Townhomes and Apartments

This 12-acre project included grading for 40 townhomes and three 4-story apartment buildings. We moved 30,000 cubic yards of earth for cut-to-fill, exported 15,000 cubic yards, and built a sediment basin. Work included excavating and backfilling an underground parking garage, fine grading building pads, roadways, and pavement areas, installing aggregate, and spreading topsoil across landscaped areas.
