ZD Site Solutions was founded by Marc Denis a former superintendent and senior project manager. Over the years, working in the field and out of the office with numerous General Contractors and Subcontractors, he found a large need in the Central Virginia market for a site finishing service.

OUR LATEST PROJECT
Somerset Hill subdivision
This was a 6-acre subdivision with 20 home sites. We built the stormwater pond, moved about 6,000 cubic yards of dirt on site (cut-to-fill), and exported 15,000 cubic yards off site. Our team installed 600 feet of storm drain, fine-graded the new entrance road and cul-de-sac, graded 20 building pads, and finished by spreading topsoil across all landscaped areas.
